In this message, Pastor Jeremy talks about how the peace of God is related to hippies, Miss America, saguaro cactus, the ecosystem of the Sonoran desert, and the work of Gavin DeBecker. 

The God of the universe is personally invested in our experience of joy in this life… and the next.  Joy is part of God’s character, and God wants to plant his character and grow his joy in us.

Pastor Jeremy preached on Galatians 5 to kick-off our new series on the Fruit of the Spirit. He focused on the topic of love and how we define it. Love is at the heart of what it means to be human and what it means to follow Jesus. He gave some real life examples of how people define love as well as the Greek derivations of the word. Agape is the love that God has for us.
